Job summary

MaxHome.AI is seeking a proactive sales professional to open conversations with brokerage leaders nationwide. You will prospect, run multichannel outbound campaigns, and book qualified meetings for our sales team while shaping messaging and AI-driven outreach.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales/BD, strong AI tool fluency, and exceptional communication. This role offers full-time employment with uncapped upside and a path to growth as we scale.

Qualifications

• Outbound drive: you’re comfortable with high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Customer-facing experience: minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on AI fluency: you already use tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your workflow.
• Clear, confident communication: on the phone and in writing; you can earn a busy broker’s attention quickly.
• Fast learner: you can get conversant in brokerages’ operations and compliance.
• High ownership: you can operate without a playbook and keep your CRM clean.

Responsibilities

• Run multichannel outbound to brokerage owners, operations leaders, and transaction managers.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using AI-powered tools.
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings.
• Keep CRM data clean and track activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
• Share field feedback with product and marketing to sharpen positioning.
• Experiment with new sequences, scripts, and automation to improve results.
