Elastic, the Search AI Company, is expanding its SDR team in the United States. As an SDR, you will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to target accounts, spark conversations, and generate high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline across territories.

You will use LinkedIn Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, and other tools to research accounts, identify decision-makers, tailor outreach, and drive results.

Qualifications

• Entry to mid-level sales experience welcome; strong drive to succeed.
• Coachable mindset with responsiveness to feedback.
• Curiosity about technology and business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and generate high-quality pipeline with AEs and Marketing.
• Prospect into strategic Korean accounts via phone, email, social, events and outbound channels.
• Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach and qualify opportunities.
• Learn Elastic platform and articulate business value to match customer challenges.
