Job summary

Socure is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to design scalable, AI-powered learning experiences that accelerate the success of Socure's teams.

This role owns the end-to-end enablement lifecycle — from onboarding and certification to ongoing product education and coaching — partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and subject matter experts across Socure to create engaging, measurable learning programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
• 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies, and the buyer's journey.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven approach with a track record of setting and achieving success metrics.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and building scalable digital learning programs.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to lead with passion and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire readiness: manage end-to-end onboarding programs, conduct weekly check-ins, ensure timely milestones and ramp.
• Design scalable learning paths with self-paced content, AI role plays, and certifications.
• Develop engaging digital learning assets including videos, assessments, and scorecards.
• Identify role-specific learning needs with leadership and translate business objectives into scalable programs.
• Continuously improve curriculum based on feedback, priorities, and performance data.
• Measure enablement effectiveness: track onboarding, certifications, engagement, and adoption; deliver leadership reports; recommend improvements.
