Job summary

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. The Sales Enablement & Training Manager designs scalable, AI-powered learning experiences and owns the end-to-end enablement lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing product education and coaching.

The role partners with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and SMEs to create measurable programs, develop digital assets, and leverage AI for faster content creation and learner engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud prevention or identity verification.
• 3+ years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS sales processes and methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven with measurable success metrics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and LMS programs.
• Ability to lead remote teams in a fast-growing environment.
