Job summary

Socure is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across engineering by turning standards, tooling patterns, and proven workflows into repeatable day‑to‑day practice. You will connect AI foundations to the broader engineering org, evangelize standards, and drive a standardized AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) across teams.

You will coordinate feedback loops, create lightweight enablement assets, and measure progress with dashboards and storytelling for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer productivity, enablement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, tooling, and engineering standards.
• Experience using AI tools to create reusable assets and content.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption and standardization across engineering.
• Evangelize AI tooling patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Define AIDLC processes and enablement assets and templates.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to embed AI in default engineering practice.
• Create lightweight, high-frequency enablement content and playbooks.
