Job summary

Socure is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to design and deliver scalable, AI-powered learning experiences that accelerate the success of Socure's teams. You will own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle—from onboarding and certification to ongoing product education and coaching—collaborating with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to create measurable programs.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition is preferred.
• At least 3 years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire readiness; run weekly 1:1s and track ramp milestones.
• Design scalable learning paths with self-paced content, AI role plays, and certifications.
• Create engaging digital assets: training videos, assessments, and scorecards.
• Lead end-to-end content creation using AI tools and publish to LMS.
• Develop certification programs and measure readiness with leadership.
• Track onboarding, certifications, engagement, and program adoption.
