Instant is building the world’s most AI-enabled performance marketing function. As Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll drive 7-figure budgets across paid channels in the US and lead a lean, ambitious team that feeds high-quality opportunities to our sales org.

You’ll own budgets, run experiments, and optimize CAC through AI-driven testing. A fast-paced, data-driven mindset with hands-on leadership is essential to succeed.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience, scaling ad spend.
• Deep Meta expertise and a track record of scaling campaigns efficiently.
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Self-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Proven experience in paid inbound growth and self-serve user acquisition.

Mansioni

• Own performance marketing across Meta; set budgets, targets, and bidding strategy.
• Run rapid experiments on audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages to lower CAC.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand lead quality and optimize campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase output and efficiency.
• Build and own attribution and reporting to connect spend to pipeline.
• Work with in-house design and web teams to ship landing pages quickly.
• Lead, hire, and develop a lean growth marketing team.
• Coordinate with external performance agencies and set clear targets.
• Create case studies to demonstrate paid campaigns' value.
