Schneider Electric seeks an innovative Software & Services Marketing Operations & AI Leader to design and scale an AI-enabled marketing operating system for a global division. You will partner with Marketing and Commercial Operations to lead strategic programs and deliver measurable business impact.

You will shape the AI roadmap, drive data governance, and build integrated dashboards while guiding a matrixed, multinational team through transformation and change.

Formación

• Significant experience across AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, business operations, or program/project management.
• Demonstrated AI acumen and experience translating AI capabilities into practical business use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data and analytics experience across complex systems, data sources, reporting environments, or dashboards.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or integration initiatives.
• Strong program management with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Software & Services Marketing and Commercial Operations, establishing clear priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined program management to a portfolio of critical transformation programs.
• Define and drive the AI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases that improve productivity, customer insights, content, personalization, decision-making, and business performance.
• Establish a unified data and analytics framework, connecting data across teams and systems to enable trusted reporting and end-to-end performance visibility.
• Drive the development of integrated dashboards and analytics capabilities across the Software & Services portfolio.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance, data standards, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Partner across Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to enable transformation and adoption.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a complex, global organization while helping teams successfully navigate change.
