Schneider Electric seeks an AI-enabled Marketing Operations leader to build and scale an AI-driven operating system for Software & Services Marketing. You will partner across Marketing and Commercial Operations to drive data governance, analytics, and transformative programs on a global scale.

The role focuses on defining AI roadmaps, creating unified data frameworks, and delivering dashboards that enable measurable business impact.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Marketing and Commercial Operations, establishing priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined program management to a portfolio of critical transformation programs.
• Define and drive the AI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases that improve productivity, customer insights, content, personalization, decision-making, and business performance.
• Establish a unified data and analytics framework, connecting data across teams and systems to enable trusted reporting and end-to-end performance visibility.
• Drive the development of integrated dashboards and analytics capabilities across the Software & Services portfolio.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance, data standards, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Partner across Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to enable transformation and adoption.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a complex, global organization while helping teams successfully navigate change.
