Job summary

Schneider Electric US is seeking a Software & Services Marketing Operations & AI Leader to build and scale the AI-enabled marketing operating system across the division. You will partner with Marketing and Commercial Operations to drive data-driven growth, governance, and automation at a global scale.

• Significant experience across AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, business operations, or program/project management.
• Demonstrated AI acumen with practical business use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data and analytics experience across complex systems, data sources, or dashboards.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or integration initiatives.
• Excellent program management, with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Marketing and Commercial Operations with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Partner with leadership, delivering structure, visibility, and disciplined program management across critical programs.
• Define and drive the AI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases to improve productivity and business performance.
• Establish a unified data and analytics framework for trusted reporting and end-to-end visibility.
• Develop integrated dashboards and analytics capabilities across the portfolio.
• Create scalable operating models, governance, data standards, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and emerging technologies to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Operations for adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across a global organization and navigate organizational change.
