• Define and drive the AI roadmap with high-value use cases.

• Establish scalable operating models, governance, data standards.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities and new technologies.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Commercial Ops to enable adoption.
