• Significant experience across AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, business operations, or program/project management.
• Demonstrated AI acumen and experience translating AI capabilities into practical business use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data and analytics experience, including working across complex systems, data sources, reporting environments, or dashboards.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or integration initiatives.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Executive presence and strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Software & Services Marketing and Commercial Operations, establishing clear priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined program management to a portfolio of critical transformation programs.
• Define and drive the AI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases that improve productivity, customer insights, content, personalization, decision-making, and business performance.
• Establish a unified data and analytics framework, connecting data across teams and systems to enable trusted reporting and end-to-end performance visibility.
• Drive the development of integrated dashboards and analytics capabilities across the Software & Services portfolio.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance, data standards, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Partner across Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to enable transformation and adoption.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a complex, global organization while helping teams successfully navigate change.
