Schneider Electric is seeking a Software & Services Marketing Operations & AI Leader to architect and scale an AI-enabled marketing operating system for the Software & Services Division. You will partner across Marketing and Commercial Operations to drive data-driven growth, automation, and measurable business impact in a global, matrixed environment.

You will define AI roadmaps, build unified data and analytics capabilities, and lead transformation programs that boost productivity,

Competenze

Significant experience across AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, business operations, or program management.
Demonstrated AI acumen translating AI capabilities into measurable outcomes.
Strong data and analytics experience across complex systems and dashboards.
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Marketing and Commercial Operations, establishing priorities and roadmaps.
Define and drive the AI roadmap, identifying high-value use cases for productivity and insights.
Establish a unified data and analytics framework for trusted reporting.
Drive development of integrated dashboards and analytics across the portfolio.
Partner with Digital, IT, Data, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to enable transformation and adoption.
