Job summary

Life Science Connect is seeking an AI-driven Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate in Horsham, PA to accelerate attendee and exhibitor growth for our life sciences events. You will execute targeted outbound campaigns, nurture senior-level conversations, and close registrations by phone and email.

You'll leverage AI tools, LinkedIn, and CRM data to identify opportunities, maintain a fast-moving pipeline, and travel occasionally to support events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of inside or outbound sales experience in conferences or events.
• Experience with AI-assisted sales tools for prospect research and outreach.
• Proven ability to qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and close opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Attendee Sales Conversion: convert warm leads and inquiries into paid registrations.
• Group Ticket Sales: secure volume tickets from departmental buyers.
• Relationship-Based Outreach: engage senior-level contacts with value-driven conversations.
• Exhibitor and Showcase Sales: sell exhibition and add-on options.
• Timely Conversion: leverage deadlines and offers to close sales by phone and email.
• Data-Driven Pipeline Tracking: keep CRM updated with contacts, activities, and next steps.
• AI-Enabled Prospecting & Research: use AI tools and CRM data to identify opportunities.
• Travel: occasional travel to support events and meetings.
