Job summary

Life Science Connect seeks a driven AI-driven Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate to convert prospects into attendees and exhibitors for our precision medicine events. You will lead outbound outreach, build senior-level conversations, and close deals using AI-powered research and CRM tools.

You’ll collaborate across teams to develop strategic campaigns, manage a robust sales pipeline, and travel to support live events when needed.

Qualifications

Two to three years of inside or outbound sales experience, in conferences or events.
Familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, academia, research, startups, or related sectors is a plus.
Experience using AI-powered prospecting and CRM tools, plus proficiency with LinkedIn and Excel.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to convert warm leads and inquiries into paid registrations.
Identify buyers and secure group ticket registrations with volume discounts.
Build value-driven conversations with senior-level contacts and targeted accounts.
Sell exhibitor packages and showcase opportunities that fit prospect needs.
Close sales by phone and email using timely offers and deadlines.
Maintain accurate CRM data on contacts, outreach, opportunities, and next steps.
Use AI tools and lead lists to qualify opportunities and personalize outreach at scale.
Occasional travel to support events and meetings.
