Job summary

Life Science Connect is seeking an AI-driven Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate to help grow attendance and exhibit opportunities for our precision medicine events. You will execute targeted outbound campaigns, nurture relationships with senior leaders, and close sales by phone and email.

The role combines AI-powered prospecting, audience development, and data-driven pipeline management, with occasional travel to support events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside or outbound sales experience in conferences or events.
• Familiarity with life sciences or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong outbound activity, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted sales tools for prospect research and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Attendee Sales Conversion: Execute targeted outbound campaigns to convert warm leads into paid registrations.
• Group Ticket Sales: Identify buyers and secure volume-discounted group registrations.
• Relationship-Based Outreach: Build value-driven conversations with senior-level contacts.
• Exhibitor and Showcase Sales: Sell exhibition packages and related options.
• Timely Conversion: Leverage offers and deadlines to close sales by phone and email.
• Data-Driven Pipeline Tracking: Maintain CRM records of contacts, activity, and next steps.
• AI-Enabled Prospecting & Research: Use AI tools and LinkedIn for prospect insights and scalable outreach.
• Travel and Additional Responsibilities: Travel occasionally to support events and meetings.
