Life Science Connect is seeking an AI-driven Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate to propel attendee growth and exhibitor sales for its precision medicine events. You will combine targeted outreach with AI-powered prospecting to build meaningful conversations, close registrations, and drive pipeline velocity across senior-level accounts.

The role requires 2–3 years in inside or outbound sales within conferences or events, with comfort using AI tools and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside or outbound sales experience.
• Familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, or biotech sectors is a plus.
• Strong outbound outreach and closing skills.
• Excellent phone and email communication abilities.
• Experience with AI-assisted sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting and market research.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to convert warm leads into paid registrations.
• Identify department leaders and buyers; present group ticket packages and secure group registrations.
• Build professional conversations with senior contacts, aligning event participation with business goals.
• Sell exhibition packages and showcase opportunities that meet prospect needs.
• Leverage promotions and deadlines to drive timely conversions by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on contacts, activities, and opportunities.
• Use AI tools and lead lists to identify opportunities and support personalized outreach at scale.
• Travel occasionally to support events and meetings.
