Life Science Connect is expanding its precision medicine event portfolio and seeks a proactive Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate to drive registrations and exhibitor bookings using AI-powered prospecting. You will run targeted outbound campaigns, identify industry buyers, present volume-ticket options, and close deals by phone and email, while maintaining a clean CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

Two to three years of inside or outbound sales experience in conferences or events.
Familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, academia, or research.
Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted sales tools for prospect research and outreach.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to convert leads into paid registrations.
Identify buyers and offer group ticket packages and volume discounts.
Build relationships with senior-level contacts and convert opportunities to sales.
Sell exhibitor packages and showcase opportunities aligned with client needs.
Use promotions and deadlines to close sales by phone and email.
Maintain CRM with contacts, activity, and next steps.
