Job summary

Accenture, a leader in learning strategy and organizational transformation, seeks a Consultant to lead day-to-day learning strategy engagements and deliver high-impact client work. You will craft AI-enabled operating models and analytics frameworks, guiding stakeholders from discovery through implementation in an Insurance-focused context.

You’ll build strong client relationships, apply rigorous problem-solving, and develop executive-level presentations while advancing Accenture's advisory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to articulate impact of AI in deliverables.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts, operating as a reliable and credible day-to-day partner throughout engagements.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving approaches to decompose learning and workforce capability challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a strategic enabler of business performance.
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, technology, and vendor relationships.
• Define measurement frameworks, learning KPIs, and analytics approaches to demonstrate L&D's impact and ROI.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered performance support into workflows.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables communicating complex strategies clearly to senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning, tracking trends and contributing to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
