Job summary

Accenture seeks a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day learning engagements and manage workstreams with rigor. You will build trusted client relationships, apply structured problem solving, and advise on learning strategy and operating models that drive business outcomes.

You will also design AI-enabled learning models, develop KPIs to demonstrate impact, and contribute to business development through thought leadership and proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and applying AI tools to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams and timelines.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving to decompose challenges.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Conduct learning capability diagnostics and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks and learning KPIs to show impact.
• Shape agentic learning strategies and AI-powered enablement tools.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Track AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
