Job summary

Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create training that helps customers maximize efficiency and leverage AI-powered solutions. You will design curriculum, content, and engaging learning experiences for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters tools, collaborating with Content Leads and Trainers across a global team.

Qualifications

• BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Review 360 and Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development across formats (live workshops, webinars, eLearning, videos, exams, toolkits).
• Research and assess existing course materials to support new training materials.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of training materials.
• Design and develop engaging learning materials with graphics and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Curriculum Designers, project leads to deliver high-quality training programs.
• Proactively use Thomson Reuters gen-AI tools to support learning asset development.
