Thomson Reuters is seeking a skilled Training Lead to design and deliver client-focused training on CoCounsel Legal and related legal tech tools. You will run live and virtual sessions, create practical learning activities, and partner with SMEs to tailor content.

Qualifications

• JD with bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with legal tech and AI-based platforms.
• Experience delivering live and virtual training to groups.
• Hands-on learning activities design and facilitation.
• Able to manage varied participant skill levels and product changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-centric mindset with measurable impact.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong collaboration and independent work habits.
• Proficient with generative AI tools in legal contexts.
• Willingness to travel for onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Lead product training focused on CoCounsel Legal and related platforms.
• Deliver training on Legal Tracker, HighQ, Westlaw, and Practical Law.
• Conduct multi-client workshops and dedicated sessions onsite or virtual.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders to tailor delivery.
• Co-create training content with SMEs and external experts.
• Stay current on AI, legal practice, and market developments.
• Update training assets across live, on-demand, and digital formats.
• Maintain instructor and participant materials for accuracy.
• Analyze learner feedback and metrics to close curriculum gaps.
• Develop deep product expertise across the legal portfolio.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate outputs and iterate.
• Record time/engagement for billing and utilization.
• Submit timely travel expense reports; support attendance reporting.
