Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal Technical Trainer to co-create and deliver expert training for CoCounsel Legal and related products. The role spans product, adoption, and business transformation, with content creation across live workshops, on-demand and eLearning formats.

You will stay current with AI tools and help drive AI-enabled learning experiences for customers and partners. You will collaborate with curricula teams to ensure materials reflect product capabilities, deliver engaging

Qualifications

JD with bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
Experience delivering live and virtual training to groups of varying sizes.
Familiarity with legal tech and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead product and solution training with a focus on CoCounsel Legal; support other legal products as needed.
Deliver multi-client workshops and on-site or virtual sessions.
Design and update training content across formats (instructor-led, eLearning, videos, exams).
Collaborate with curriculum designers and consultants to identify training needs and ensure adoption.
