Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Principal Technical Trainer to develop and deliver expert training on CoCounsel Legal and related legal software. You will co-create a comprehensive training program, create engaging content across workshops, on-demand courses, videos, and exams, and empower customers and partners to maximize productivity with AI-enabled legal workflows.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure materials stay current with product releases and market developments, and you

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate with bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
Experience with legal technology and AI platforms (e.g., CoCounsel Legal, Westlaw, Practical Law, Legal Tracker, HighQ).
Experience delivering live and virtual training to groups from ~10 to 50+ participants.
Practice designing and facilitating practical, hands-on learning activities that drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead product training with a focus on CoCounsel Legal; train on Legal Tracker, HighQ, Westlaw, and Practical Law as needed.
Deliver multi-client workshops and dedicated sessions onsite or virtually.
Identify training needs with stakeholders to tailor delivery methods for customers and partners.
Synthesize content to create AI-driven training that drives business transformation and adoption.
