Job summary

Novonesis is seeking an Inside Sales Manager Silage to drive revenue growth through account management, opportunity development, and AI-enabled sales execution across Europe. You will own a portfolio of industry accounts, manage forecasting and renewals, qualify leads, and collaborate with Marketing, Technical Service, and regional teams to deploy digital campaigns and optimized customer journeys.

Qualifications

3+ years of successful sales or business development experience in relevant field.
Master’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Agronomy, Feed Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food or Pharmaceuticals).
Experience with silage additives is a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Salesforce and GenAI tools.
English required; Polish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term business development for assigned industry accounts across the Europe region.
Manage forecasting, pricing activities, contract renewals and pipeline progression.
Identify and nurture new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Qualify, nurture and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial qualification to commercial implementation.
Leverage industry events, exhibitions and market research to strengthen leads pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Service and Regional Inside Sales to co-create and execute Inside Sales plays and digital campaigns.
Deploy customer segmentation models to improve targeting and engagement quality.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
