Job summary

Rescale is seeking an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Solutions Architect to join our Northern Europe team. You will work with the Inside Sales Account Executive to support the full sales cycle, acting as the technical partner to help prospects understand how Rescale can solve engineering, HPC, and AI challenges.

You will contribute from discovery through close, ensuring a credible path to success and a strong technical value proposition for commercial customers across Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience with engineering, scientific or R&D teams.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable documenting information in CRM and proposing practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and define the technical approach for each opportunity.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
• Translate customer challenges into clear Rescale solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure a consistent customer experience.
