Job summary

TiDB, powered by PingCAP is seeking an AI-native GTM & Sales Ops Associate to anchor NA analytics and operations. You will transform raw data into strategic guidance, build scalable workflows with LLMs and low-code tools, and partner with the NA field team and global HQ to align strategy and numbers.

You will own market and pipeline analytics, automate repetitive work, manage compensation plans, and ensure CRM data integrity while coordinating across time zones in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM/Business Strategy, market or competitive research, consulting, or another highly analytical role.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin preferred; will work with North America field team and global HQ.
• Proven ability to derive defensible recommendations from data and automate workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• North America Market & GTM Analysis: build NA market view and readers for leadership decisions.
• Pipeline & Forecast Analytics: own pipeline metrics and forecast cadence; translate data into actions.
• AI-Native Systems & Automation: integrate LLMs and low-code tools into daily workflow.
• Compensation & Incentives: manage and calculate sales commissions clearly and timely.
• Data Foundation & CRM Integrity: maintain source of truth for reliable data for people and AI.
• Global Coordination: bridge time zones and align NA with global HQ.
