TiDB is seeking an AI-native GTM & Sales Ops Associate to become the analytical backbone of our North America business. You will build market insights and a scalable operational framework, using LLMs and low-code tools to accelerate decisions and automation.

You’ll own pipeline analytics, compensation modeling, and CRM data integrity, while coordinating with global teams. The role emphasizes turning data into actionable strategies, aligning regional leadership with HQ, and continuously improving

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM/Business Strategy, market or competitive research, or another analytical role.
• Analytical depth to derive defensible recommendations from raw data.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin preferred; ability to align global HQ with NA team.

Responsibilities

• North America Market & GTM Analysis: build external view of NA go-to-market, market, competition, buyers; translate into regional leadership recommendations.
• Pipeline & Forecast Analytics: own pipeline/forecast analytics and run a trusted forecast cadence; explain data and propose fixes.
• AI-Native Systems & Automation: wire LLMs and low-code tools into daily workflow to reduce manual work.
• Compensation & Incentives: manage and calculate sales commission plans accurately and clearly.
• Data Foundation & CRM Integrity: own source of truth; keep sales data clean for humans and AI.
• Global Coordination: bridge time zones; keep NA leadership and HQ aligned on strategy and priorities.
