Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that turns our go-to-market strategy into repeatable, automated execution. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, integrating Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, and Claude to enable scalable, AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business systems, GTM Engineering or RevOps roles.
• Fluent in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Hands-on API and webhook experience connecting disparate systems.
• CRM depth ideally with Salesforce; familiarity with GTM concepts like ICP, lead scoring, pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support our AI-native GTM roadmap and evaluate new platforms.
• Lead migration from legacy point solutions to better AI-native options.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows for research, outreach, and tooling.
• Design scalable GTM automation for enrichment, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Own system integrations (Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, Claude).
• Develop data quality, deduplication, and enrichment pipelines trusted by RevOps, sales, marketing.
