Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a senior leader to architect and operationalize AI-powered GTM systems across lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, and renew-to-expand motions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and executives to drive revenue outcomes and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven success designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows
• Experience building or redesigning lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, renewal or expansion processes
• Ability to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and executives around transformation priorities
• Experience governing GTM tech ecosystems, adoption, and business value
• Strong use of data to steer prioritization, investment, and performance
• Led complex transformation programs with broad adoption
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear executive recommendations
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external experts to accelerate delivery

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-powered GTM architecture across lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, and renew-to-expand motions.
• Build repeatable AI-enabled programs that help sellers, customer success, and partners make better decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and executives to align AI initiatives with revenue goals.
• Lead governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of GTM systems, data, workflows, and processes.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical field solutions that improve pipeline, forecasting, and engagement.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide optimization and investment decisions.
• Shape change and adoption strategies embedding AI workflows into day-to-day GTM operations
