Job summary

Glean is seeking a strategic Technical Recruiter to build the teams driving the next era of enterprise AI. You will partner with engineers, product, ML, security, and infrastructure leaders to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and create durable pipelines.

You will use AI tools to improve sourcing, while maintaining a human-centered candidate experience. You will own the full lifecycle from intake through onboarding, shaping a high-quality, inclusive recruitment process that

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, security, data, product, or technical leadership.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and technical leaders; ability to translate priorities into hiring strategies.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new approaches to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand goals, team structures, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies for high-impact technical searches across engineering, product, ML, infrastructure, security, data, and TPM.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Advise on talent markets, compensation expectations, and tradeoffs to ensure successful searches.
• Collaborate with teams to define candidate profiles and calibrate interview processes.
• Create a candidate experience that is timely, transparent, inclusive, and compelling.
• Use recruiting data and AI tools to improve research, sourcing, and decision quality.
• Maintain recruiting systems with visibility and accountability.
• Share knowledge and help scale recruiting practices across the team.
