Qualifikationen
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, eCommerce, retail media, digital advertising, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts, driving renewals and expansion, and mitigating churn.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and cross-functional account management.
Aufgaben
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and act as the primary advisor for customer strategy, performance, and growth.
- Develop customer success plans and lead strategic reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Own renewals, expansions, and retention while protecting recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with Advertising Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to maximize customer value.
