Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for education institutions. You will drive technical conversations with higher education organizations, map academic processes to Salesforce solutions, and craft demonstrations that show value.

You’ll work with sales, product teams, and partners to align offerings like Agentforce for Education and Data360 with institutional goals while traveling ~40% for client engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, focused on education.
• 7+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• AI/Data certifications, Salesforce-preferred, related to generative AI and LLM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical conversations with education accounts from discovery to close.
• Translate education operations into Salesforce-based solutions for higher education.
• Support RFPs and proposals with technical responses aligned to institutional needs.
• Collaborate with sales, solution specialists, professional services, and partners to deliver customer success.
• Stay ahead of education tech trends and drive adoption of AI/Data solutions in institutions.
