Qualifications

5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
AI/Data certifications preferred, related to generative AI.
Deep understanding of education operations: student lifecycle, financial aid, enrollment, alumni relations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
Understand institutional needs and map them to Salesforce solutions.
Prepare tailored demos showing alignment with institutional goals.
Translate education processes into technology solutions for stakeholders.
Support RFP/RFI responses with clear value demonstrations.
Collaborate across sales, pro services and partners to deliver customer success.
Stay aware of education and CRM trends to inform recommendations.
