Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a hands-on operator to build AI-enabled CS workflows across lifecycle management, health, risk, renewal readiness, and executive engagement.

You will prototype and scale automated decks, summaries, and prompts, partnering with CS, RevOps, Data, Support, and Product to connect data into meaningful workflows. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years in CS operations or related roles.
• Experience using AI tools to build practical workflows and internal tools.
• Strong builder mindset with a bias toward rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Comfort working with CRM, CS, support, revenue, or data systems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, prompts, templates, and tools to reduce manual work and improve CS execution.
• Prototype and scale workflows such as automated EBR/QBR decks, renewal briefs, customer summaries, risk narratives, meeting prep, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Operationalize the CS operating model across lifecycle stages, health/risk models, renewal readiness, executive engagement, and value tracking.
• Partner with CS, RevOps, Data, Support, Product, and other teams to connect the right data into the right workflows.
• Work across systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, Zendesk, Snowflake, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
• Establish prompts, QA checks, feedback loops, and documentation to keep AI outputs accurate and scalable.
• Gather feedback from CSMs and leaders to iterate continuously and improve workflows.
• Help CSMs spend more time on high-value engagement by reducing manual reporting and prep.
