Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Manager of CS Operations to own post-sales initiatives and drive operational improvements across Customer Success, CX, Support, Onboarding, and Product Fulfillment. You will manage Scout (CSM cockpit) roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and delivery, while building scalable processes that improve revenue retention.

The role requires 5+ years in CS Operations or related fields, strong project management, systems thinking, and a data-driven, AI-enabled mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role at a SaaS/tech company.
Strong project management skills with cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
Systems thinking: design scalable processes and workflows.
Analytical mindset with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
Cross-functional stakeholder management across CS, GTM, and product teams.
Product management mindset focusing on users, outcomes, and iteration.
AI fluency and ability to apply automation to scale CS teams.
Fast executor with accountability and driving outcomes.
Curious, asks why and seeks continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Own product management of Scout: roadmap, alignment, sprint execution, iteration.
Drive CS Ops backlog and post-launch projects with minimal direction.
Design processes and systems to improve post-sales efficiency.
Partner with CS, CX, Support, Onboarding, and Product Fulfillment leaders to solve problems.
Build dashboards, reports, and operational insights for data-informed decisions.
Contribute to increasing book size CSMs can manage while maintaining CSAT/eNPS.
Leverage AI/tools to multiply team capacity and reduce manual work.
Support change management and adoption across CS.
