You will standardize updates, detect anomalies, compare bids, and validate invoices while ensuring alignment with $5M+ budgets and strategic goals. This role blends hands-on analytics with executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Own a portfolio of 10+ concurrent initiatives with ≥$5M budget responsibility.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering delivery health, budget burn vs forecast, milestones, risks.
• Lead competitive procurement, bid evaluation, vendor scoring, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Produce reliable, AI-powered dashboards, scorecards, procurement packages, and contract controls for executives.
• Run vendor performance reviews and maintain rubric-based scorecards.
• Govern contracts and invoices by tracking milestones, fee caps, and amendments, validating invoices.
