Job summary

Assort Health seeks an operations-focused professional to optimize our AI-enabled patient access platform. You will own data dashboards, automate workflows, and run weekly reviews across enterprise accounts to maintain high-quality implementations.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation to keep accounts unblocked and scalable as we grow. A technical degree and experience with AI agents are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a demanding operating role.
• Engineering or technical degree from a top-tier program.
• Fluent with LLMs and AI agents; deep coding not required.
• Experience running executive-level business reviews across strategic accounts.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Data and reporting: own dashboards and metrics for VP of APM and customers.
• Automation and tooling: build tools to keep agent quality high and speed up implementations.
• Weekly business review: lead WBR across accounts with health and next actions.
• Enablement: collaborate on training, playbooks, and readiness across the APM team.
• Hiring pipeline: support recruiting operations for the APM org.
• Cross-functional coordination: work daily with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation to keep accounts unblocked.
