Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Global Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale cross‑functional research programs. You will coordinate data sourcing, governance, and vendor relationships to support a growing analytics ecosystem and ensure compliant, efficient operations across teams.

You will define roadmaps, drive process improvements, and integrate AI tools to boost productivity and insight quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management, with vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals, bringing agreements to completion timely while ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, and propose approaches that expand data coverage and value.
• Guide vendor management and governance by building strong relationships and supporting pricing decisions and terms.
• Define clear program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks and adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines that improve team optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, and establish supporting systems.
• Work in an AI-native way by integrating AI into workflows to support productivity, innovation, and quality.
• Collaborate with Global Research Ops and adopt new processes and best practices where relevant.
