Meta is seeking a Global Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale global research programs, driving efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal. You will shape data sourcing, governance, and operational systems to support high-impact work.

The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, vendor management, and end-to-end program delivery, aligning with strategic initiatives and stakeholder needs across locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate setting.
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking using Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience leading programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating data to drive organizational change.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to finalize data contracts and renewals with compliant terms.
• Identify efficiency opportunities to expand data coverage and value from vendors.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Define program roadmaps and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact, establishing supporting systems.
• Integrate AI into workflows to boost productivity, innovation, and quality.
