Meta in Seattle seeks a Strategic Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to shape and scale global research programs. You will partner with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to manage data contracts and drive vendor governance across multiple locations.

You'll build end-to-end programs, define roadmaps, and integrate AI into workflows to boost efficiency and impact, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, focusing on vendor management or business ops.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling, project tracking, and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate terms.
• Define roadmaps, share updates, and surface risks and adjustments.
• Integrate AI into workflows to boost productivity and quality.
