Job summary

Meta GRO is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to define and scale global research operations, partnering with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to coordinate data contracts and vendor governance. You will drive strategic programs and build scalable processes to support a growing team across locations.

You will apply AI-native practices, manage end-to-end programs, track risks, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, focusing on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking; advanced Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Strong stakeholder management across locations.
• Experience communicating data to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, and propose approaches that expand data coverage and realize more value from existing vendor relationships.
• Guide vendor management best practices and governance by building strong working relationships with current and prospective vendors, and support negotiation of pricing decisions and terms.
• Define clear program roadmaps, share frequent program updates, surface and communicate risks and adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines that improve team optimization and documentation.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, and establish the operational systems that support them.
• Work in an AI-native way by integrating AI into your workflows to support productivity, innovation, and quality, adapting to new technologies and sharing best practices to support team-wide AI adoption.
• Serve as a connection point to the Global Research Ops team, adopting new processes and best practices where relevant and collaborating on programs specific to the team's needs.]
