Job summary

Meta in Nashville is seeking a Global Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale data-driven research programs. You will drive global operational programs, partner with Sourcing and Privacy, and guide cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and governance across the vendor portfolio.

You will employ AI-enabled workflows, manage strategic initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders across locations to deliver high-impact research capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking; proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to finalize new data contracts and renewals while ensuring compliance.
• Identify process efficiencies to expand data coverage and maximize vendor value.
• Guide vendor governance and negotiate pricing and terms with current and prospective vendors.
• Define program roadmaps, provide updates, surface risks, and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Develop internal templates and guidelines to improve team efficiency and documentation.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve team impact and operational systems.
