• 6+ years in program or project management with vendor/business operations focus.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data sources).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience building programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to manage data contracts and renewals.
• Improve process efficiency and expand data coverage with existing vendors.
• Guide vendor governance and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Define program roadmaps and communicate risks and updates.
• Develop internal templates and guidelines to improve team operations.
• Lead strategic initiatives to boost team efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI into workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Global Research Ops on relevant programs.
