Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience leading programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience prioritizing and resolving competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals on time while ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage from vendor relationships.
• Guide vendor management governance and support pricing discussions and sensitive terms.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Collaborate on internal processes, templates, and guidelines to improve team efficiency.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team impact and establish supporting systems.
• Work in an AI-native way by integrating AI into workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with Global Research Ops and adopt relevant processes for team needs.
