Meta Global Research Operations seeks a Program Manager for Competitive Intelligence. You will define and manage global programs, scale processes for a growing team, and partner with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to coordinate data sourcing and vendor governance.

The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-impact programs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Experience establishing programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy to complete new data contracts and renewals with timely completion and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance and support pricing negotiations.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on processes, templates, and guidelines for optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
