AI Data Management, based in San Luis Obispo, seeks a Client Success Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and ensure delivery satisfaction. Hybrid work with in-person days in our workspace, and flexible remote collaboration across teams.

You’ll learn each client’s business, validate needs, and hand requirements to operations and engineering. Strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential for growth and renewal opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in client-facing roles in SaaS or software services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to learn products quickly and train others.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day client relationships and escalation path.
• Schedule regular check-ins and translate calls to next steps.
• Onboard and train new clients on portals and tools.
• Identify growth opportunities and craft proposals with leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver.
