Job summary

Findigs is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts and drive platform adoption. You will balance high-touch service with AI-enabled, scalable processes across the portfolio, building durable client relationships and delivering ongoing value.

Join a fast-growing team in NYC, with 3-4 days per week in the New York office and remote options for East/West Coast candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficient using AI tools to improve efficiency and build simple automations.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts.
• Drive platform adoption and measurable value for clients.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders.
• Monitor account health and usage, identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer feedback.
