Job summary

AI Data Management (AIDM) is an AI operations and data company. We build client portals, command centers, CRM systems, dashboards and AI agents for nonprofits, healthcare and mission-driven organizations.

Our team works across several countries, with San Luis Obispo as our US base. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own the rest of the client relationship: day-to-day requests, training, follow-up and new work pieces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles such as client success, account management, project management or product management.
• Experience at a software/SaaS/AI/digital agency or consulting company.
• Clear, warm written and spoken English; able to lead calls with client managers.
• Ability to stay calm with difficult clients and manage scope.
• Organized and capable of tracking many open items across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and be the main day-to-day contact for each client’s managers and teams.
• Onboard and train new clients: kickoff, access, training, and first weeks.
• Grow each account by turning client needs into clear proposals with leadership.
• Join CEO in client and prospect meetings and keep records and pipeline up to date.
• Stay curious about AI; test new tools and share findings with the team.
