Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to shape the AI narrative and drive Tier 1 launches that establish category leadership and unify go-to-market storytelling.

You will translate deep AI understanding into customer value, craft bold messaging, and partner with product, marketing, and CS to accelerate adoption of AI capabilities across lifecycle stages. This role demands executive presence and 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS PMM.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ownership of Tier 1 bundled product releases.
• Experience marketing an AI-native or agentic product, or a platform transitioning from feature-based to AI-managed experiences.
• Deep, genuine understanding of how AI works, including models, agentic systems, and data architecture.
• Executive storytelling: shaping the strategic “why” behind a launch and translating it into messaging that sells.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Iterable’s AI point of view, linking capabilities into a coherent AI story.
• Translate technical AI concepts into customer value for practitioners and executives.
• Craft bold, narrative-driven messaging and positioning that connects AI to tangible value.
• Lead Tier 1 launch messaging for flagship AI releases, ensuring consistency across assets.
• Review and steer launch content and campaigns to align with the narrative.
